M3 Adapter is an amazing product for those who want to download homemade games, watch movies and listen music from a PC to a NDS. You can use your PC and normal SD/TF Card Reader to transfer your movie & music files to SD/TF card.
Why M3i Zero is better then other cards? The M3i Zero is just like most other DS Flash cards. In fact its features are almost 1:1 of the M3 real. It plays homebrew, loads cheats for games, and plays MP3s from inside the menu system. The M3 Sakura system makes it easy for anyone to navigate.
The M3i Zero also has the RTS (Real Time Save) system, which allow you to save your games at any time! The biggest selling point of the M3i Zero is that it is 100% upgradable. There are 2 types of upgradablity, one type is software on the micro sd card which every card can upgrade. The other is the actual firmware on the flash card itself. Why would you ever need to upgrade this you say? The DSi is actually firmware upgradable product, which technically means that Nintendo can try and block these devices from running with a software update. Here are a list of current devices out there for the DSi
Well it is finally here, M3 teams answer to the DSi & 3DS console the M3i Zero has been released. For those of you that know your flash cards, M3 team have been around from virtually the beginning and have produced great cards such as the M3 DS Simply and the M3 DS Real, now their latest offering sets the benchmark along with the Supercard as the best flash cards for the 3DS & DSi consoles. Like the DSOnei the M3i Zero has an upgradable core kernel that means if an update for the 3DS or DSi consoles is ever released that renders the cards incompatible with that firmware, the M3 team are able to release a hardware kernel update that would make the M3i Zero compatible with that latest 3DS or DSi firmware, this we believe really is an essential feature for a DSi flash card and so far the M3i Zero and the SC are the only cards to offer it. The M3 team produce terrific products, their hardware is rock solid and the GUI on these cards is one of the best out there, we would go as far as saying it’s the most user friendly out of all the cards currently, that might change when Cyclo finally release their answer to the 3DS & DSi consoles, but for now the M3i Zero is the most user friendly and graphically pleasing flash card for the 3DS & DSi consoles.
The M3i Zero 3DS has the same feature set as the Supercard, it boasts real time save, fast menu loading and supports high capacity MicroSDHC cards, the compatibility of the M3i Zero is also terrific, it would be pretty much the same as SC which brings them in line to compete directly with the DSonei, while SC do seem to have a slightly more active firmware update support and user forums, M3 team come through with the updates when needed and compatibility is very similar between the two cards, it’s pretty much going to come down to personal preference when deciding on which of these two to buy, if you’re a bit of a computer geek and don’t mind a few extra settings to play with and a slightly more complex interface, the Supercard might be for you, but if you just after a card with all the best features and a more pretty easier to navigate GUI, the M3i Zero will be the card for you. Another great benefit to the M3i 3DS is the fact it comes with M3 teams in house media player, this media player just like the main menu interface is extremely pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate, you will be able to play your DPG videos and MP3’s with ease, we know Moonshell is a great media player, but one thing is does lack is a nice looking interface, and we feel one of the major bonuses the M3i Zero has over the other cards is this in house media player, it really is a great looking player and functions just as well as Moonshell would and looks just that much better. There is also a couple of other added software features that come with the Sakura O/S that runs on the M3i Zero, we mention a little more about it in the text below, one is the PDA style organizer which has a date calendar, calculator and a few more things, this is one of the other added bonuses of the M3i Zero, the extra custom homebrew softwares that we made for the card and run under the Sakura operating system.
The M3i Zero is also backwards compatible, so if you are currently the owner of an older DS or DS Lite and wish to have a flash card to use now, but also know you will be upgrading to a DSi or 3DS in the near future, the M3i Zero will work just fine in your older DS or DS Lite until you make the upgrade to the DSi console, this way you don’t have to buy a new flash card when you do upgrade to the DSi or 3DS. The M3i Zero is presented extremely well, from the packaging itself to the hard shell casing, the M3i for DSi just says quality, you can be sure when buying one of these cards that there will be many firmware updates to come, any bugs will be fixed promptly and there is always the bonus of new features being added as time goes by, we pretty much feel if you are going to get a card for the DSi and can afford to pay that little extra, you won’t be disappointed if you pay that little bit more and get one of the higher end cards such as the M3i Zero or DSOnei, in the end with the core kernel update feature RTS and in general better compatibility, that extra little bit of money is well worth it for the extra features you receive.
